My husband and I first met Ms. Zhang in November 2009 when we looked into the purchase of our current home on Treeside Lane. Ms. Zhang was representing the owner and had worked diligently over the past months to market the home and find the right buyer.
During the discovery process, Ms. Zhang was an excellent communicator, picking up the telephone to ask a question or respond to ours. Any information discussed was followed up with an email, which meant the facts were clear; the decisions reinforced and any outstanding issues were in black and white.
I found Ms. Zhang to be extremely professional at all times, consistent with presenting information, compassionate and understanding to both the seller and buyer. As needed, after information was clearly presented, she negotiated and compromised to the benefit of both parties.
Because of Ms. Zhang's constant attention, communication and support for both parties, a very successful contract was negotiated and executed for the purchase of the Treeside Lane property!
Ms. Zhang is a fair, considerate and compassionate professional and individual. I highly recommend her as a real estate representative to work with families through what can be a difficult time when a beloved family home is going on the market.

Noelle is a fairly recent addition to my circle of people who I consider "friends" and associates. I had occasion to ask her advice in marketing my home for sale. She not only jumped right in with ideas and advice but quickly became a person I felt was very interested in helping me and we did become friends. I would certainly say she is a hard worker and a person I would trust completely! She does not let you down! Please feel free to call me with any questions.

I have personally known Noelle since 1990 where we first engaged in scientific research at the Scripps Research Institute in La Jolla, California. I have had the privilege of knowing and working with her for many years. Today we both currently work at the La Jolla Institute for Allergy and Immunology.
